Thread: Harvesting within city Limits, questions need answered.

Ok, here's the issue. Every so often, my 4 power harvs(3 wind,1 solar) go offline with a unsually large amount of maintenance. These are located within the city limits. When this happens, all my attempts at paying off the maintenance seems to befutile. The harv will not accept my payments. Unless I get a guildmate to pay off the "debt" I could lose the harv.
I put in a ticket to customer service about it and the response basically was that this situation is supposed to happen as it means I owe taxes on the harvs. At this point any of my payments are sposed to go towards the "tax debt" and then all other payments consequently go towards repair maintenance.
Problem is, I dont believe this is really happening, because on several occasions I paid large amounts of creds to the harvs in order to restore operations and nothing happened.(unless guildmates paid it for me). Some questions on this issue....
1. How, exactly does the city taxation on structureswork in terms of taxation cycles?(I looked at documentation, but it's not in there)
2. Are the harvs being taxed 1 by 1? or as a total number of power harvs and would I have to pay each harv off 1 by 1 or will 1 large payment suffice?
3. Why do we not recieve emails that we owe back taxes on harvestors?.
4. Are we taxed on a daily basis or weekly and is the charge payable weekly or daily as well?
5. The inability to pay off my "debt"-Is this a bug?
Any input on this situation would greatly help...thx, Rhime
