I would assume they'll do the same as last time and just up the number of small cities by 10. Probably leave the shuttleport-able cities where they are as well as rank 3 so the map doesn't get clogged up. They don't even know what the bar to set it at is yet since that has to be an incremental change until you can't support all the cities anymore.

And as for when it happens...probably in 3 more weeks so it is still technically the January patch. God help them for February though, good thing it's a leap year.

When wil they be lifting the cap and the planets, and have we heard how high they will go?
