Im mayor of crystal valley on dantooine (kauri server) and i was just curious....we have afew residents who are very casual players and are not on all the time. What happens if income tax is taken from everyones funds and these players do not have any cash on them. Do we lose them as residents? Or do i just not get their money for the week?

Also my cloning center seems to not be working. People are reporting that although they cloned at my center they get kicked to a different city cloningcenter when they clone.

Any help anyone can give me on these two issues would be greatly appreciated.
