It says the cap of cities allowed of that size has been reached. We are Rank 4 and were supposed to hit Rank 5. The patch notes say the cap is 10 cities rank 4 and above. Iirc there has only been 2.5 weeks since the cap patch anyways so no others could have reached rank 4 yet. We are already rank 4 which means we should be counted in that rank 4+ cap anyways, and should have ranked up. Anyone else had this problem?

How could they hit rank 4? It takes almost 22 days to hit rank 4. Also there already were 10 Rank 4+ cities so they couldnt have come past the cap.

but who cares? that is an issue for you to take up with the devs - why would you rest of us want to read this? 1-star, friend.

Well there were some "multiple update" bugs flying around where cities would get their updates less than 24h after each other ... so cities could have gotten to rank 4 ...

But ... none the less it still stands that you apparently are Rank 4 and so you should already have beeten the cap requirements and have the abbility to grow ...

Funny that I've never used the /ticket as much as I have since I was ellected mayor ... might have had more city bugs than other bugs back in beta 3 :/

The city update thing isn't really an issue on Bria yet, which the original poster's city is on... new cities have been updating once a week, just like they should (for now at least). So it isn't linked to the level 4 not upgrading to level 5 thing. They're seperate issues.
