Is it possible for a Mayor to step down by leaving or declareing residence else where? Im looking for a Politician with Martial IV to come into my little outpost to place some faction terminals. We only have about 15 residents in city and 25 guild members total. We want some mission terminals in city rather than going with a faction hq of some type.

I was hoping we could find a senior politician to come in and helm our city for a week to place the terminals for us.

The Politician would have to get voted out of his or her current city first, as there is no way for a Mayor to resign. Then, once that was settled, the Politician could come to your city, declare a residence, then run for office.

And BTW, Mayors can't declare residency.
