As I posted elsewhere in this forum, I had a CSR tell me that my XP had been awarded according to their logs. I kept up with adding comments for a few more days asking them to look into it again and was eventually given my xp (the day before my next election). If you persist you will probably get what you want.

My city cycle just completed. City was updated and funds removed from treasury. I won another uncontested election, but none of the 131 votes were credited.


Weird that the emails in the box were showing as U (unread) rather than N (new). This week's election should have made me 4-3-4-4, I have a few large gardens ready to go to!


Opened a ticket, let's see what the response time is...
