I will soon have to give my politician skills up for personal reasons. When I leave a new politician wants to take over. Obviously he doesn't have the experience that I do. If he take over the city will the structures that I placed disappear? Or will he be unable to add more/ move them until he gets the appropriate skill?

I hope that the city doesn't crumble because of one player's account. It would seem right to leave the city as is until the new Mayor can gain the proper skills.

You have to make sure that he becomes mayor before you drop your skills. Your city will stay the way it is but he won't be able to place anymore things until he gets the proper skill.

Thanks for the fast reply! We were all very worried. We plan on voting him over me and I won't give up any of my skills until he takes over.
