what the subject line said.. I have built a nice city and people have built harvestors outside the city.. which are now in it as the city size has expanded. is there a way to get them out of there??

Since the harvestors were actually there before you ungraded why would it even be fair to suggest such a thing???

When what ever is being harvested there runs out then the harvestors will be moved by that person or else they will take a loss. Maybe you will see the person who owns the harvestors and ask them to move them. I myself would consider it completely rude unless the harvestors were actually keeping you from building something. Since they were there before you expanded, I don't believe that to be the case.

Oh, well. All you can do is ask the person to move their harvestors but don't be a **edit** about it. If they are on a nice spot of material just ask them what they are collecting then ask them if they will possibly move after that resource runs dry. Most people will move after the stuff runs out but if you are a **edit** about it then they will be a **edit** back by not moving for a long time. Maybe you can buy them off...........

ya... when my city grew from level 3 to level 4 i got about 20 e-mails about new structures added to the city that were extractors. this was 2 weeks ago... i didnt even both contacting the owners... sure enuff 2 weeks later they have all been moved.

i did get an angry e-mail from one of the owners who had a single wind gen that was now in my city. he was mad that he would have to pay taxes for the time that his gen was there in my city.... how dare i grow the city while his extractor was there... was basicly what he said. he also said that he would refuse to pay the taxes heh.. which he cant..

but i dont have any taxes except a 2% sales tax which does not apply to him... so i politly replyed to him that he would not be charged any taxes.. this calmed him down a bit.. sure enough... he has moved it..

ok, so the harvestors that were there prior to the upgrade/city size change, were placed 1 week after we officially got the city (week1) sorry i wasn't so clear.

i have yet to get any mails stating that they are in the city.. though they are clearly in.
