I have seen player owned cantinas listed on map. How is this done, I have looked and can not find how it is done

happens automaticly if the city is listed on the map... can take some time to refresh once the cantina, med centre, cloning facility etc is placed... easy way around this is to unlist the city then list it again 5 seconds later... this refreshes what listable structures you have in the city and gets them on the map right away...
