that bites... sorry u are going thru those bugs...

and yes, cs responce times can be between 2 and 5 days. you may have to just wait it out till a csr can hook up with you and fix it.

I'd advise to check with the CSR in the "General" Chat of the Launchpad ... after loging in to the launchpad DON'T start the game (turn off auto-start) and press "Chat" ... chose the "General" Chatroom ... there should be a CSR there.

It will probably be very crouded ... either wait a bit ... try to get more attention by posting your message with the "/me" oder "/em" command in front (/em for /emotion ... coloring the message different) ... or send the CSR a PM ... then be patiant, wait for reply, and make sure he'll pass this on to devs/ingame CSR.

Of course you could always just wait a week and see if the next update fixes it :shrugs:

Don't sweat it... wait for the CSR... worst case scenario they'll give you a city hall deed... and manually bump up your city level...

I had already spoken with Several CSR's. oddly the CSR's where on the ball lastnight and i was getting responses to my tickets within 15 minutes of sending them.

All 5 of the CSR's that responded said nearly the same thing.

"OOOH sorry thats happened, i cant do anything about it, send a /bug about it, please deleat this ticket."

and ive been mayor for 3 terms, it dont fix it.

I just took over as mayor and the followingGAME BREAKING BUGS are killing me:

1. I am on the ballot 2x once as incumbant and another as opponant.
2. The City will not remove people that have moved away and removed homes AND re-declared resedance.
3. Cannot lift Zoning in the city - Gives me the "You must be mayor" error message
4. Cannot use /grantzoningrights - Gives me the "You must be mayor" error message
5. After removing a trainer from a city the server kicks me out and says loading.

I have /buged it. I have CSR'd it and still my city is ruined.

To fix it i assume im going to have to get a newCity Hall, bt WHY should i have to because of these bugs?

You say you did a CSR ticket, but have you actually talked to a CSR about it yet? Sometimes they take a few days to respond. I know it's hard advice, but when things get screwed up sometimes you have to be a little patient.

Did you grant zoning rights when both you, and the person you were granting it to, were outside in the city? It gives the mayor error message just for being inside.

For in-game supportfor all in-game issues, contact [email protected] and include "In-game help" in the subject line. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your email as quickly as possible.

This will cut the time to a day or two at the most.

Worked for us when our Mayor didn'y get his XP.

None of this is game-breaking, nor did it warrant the caps in the title or the 3 exclamation points. Annoying yes, game breaking no. /bug it. File a CSR ticket. Tone down the melodrama a notch or take your act to your city's theater.... there's never anyhting going on in those as it is.

You are obviously not a politician or mayor. It is Game breaking as far as if Zoning rights cannot be granted and City Zoning cannot be lifted NO ONE CAN SET ANY STRUCTURE IN CITY LIMITS! i cant set civic structures i tried the other day, Said i had to be mayor to set the cloning facility.

I /bug'd it 2 weeks ago... nothing

I csr'd it 2 weeks ago and of the 5 diferent csr's ive delt with and bounced back replies to the ticket im told theres nothing they can do, /bug it (already did) and im not going to get another City hall so i can re-set the city.

You go and buy another City hall for (250k minimum) when the CSR's refuse to give you one to fix the issues.

If you cannot be constructive or helpfull dont post.

and it wont let me grant rights outside or inside.

Thanks for all the help from the positive feedback and support, it shows that even if the CSR's dont care at least some of the community does (IsaacPalinander excluded of course.).
