Do citywide email? Is it something like Guild email?



And i would like to stress to the DEVS we need as Mayors be able to look at a Structure and see who owns it, i have a house with a name my female players dont like and i cant find out whos it is.

For the to: line use citizens. Only the mayor can send citywide email.
