SOE was finally gracious enough to compensate my city for the "multiple city updates" that had occurred three times over one weekend.

Now, the bank, shuttleport, cloning center AND city hall are STILL at 40% condition. Because I have near 4 million credits in the treasury AFTER our weekly update, I would like to find out how to repair these structures since there is no option on it. "Re-deed'ing" is not an option, because they are at 40% and would be lost.

I wish that were true, but I wrote this after our weekly update... Will this mean I may have to wait one MORE week?
