Ok, So if the stupid cities wont remove citizens when they pull up their house then untill its fixed can we get some command to have the game check if a citizen has a declared residance in the city and if not remove them as citizens?

I think its a fair request.

Well that would take time away from dev's working on fixing the actual problem. It would be nice as a temp hot fix but would take too much to be effective. Just wait awhile(like everything else)and it'll all workout.

cant really wait. citizen we need droped is former mayor and the game thinks he is still mayor AS WELL AS myself even though he pulled his house nd declared elsewhere. found out he can still grant zoning rights but i cant... WTH???

So you put in a ticket already and the CSRs can't help if I understand you correctly. That does suck. The only thing I can suggest is reporting any griefing the former mayor does and wait it out. Good luck.
