Hello all.
I am starting a new city, but am slightly hesitent over a few things.
First thing is placing the City Hall. We have several houses set up, so is there a way I can *easily* verify that they are all in the city limits.
Secondly, if there any way to could the number of residence before the City Hall is placed? I don't trust 1 or 2 of these people to properly register themselves. It is sad really... but I don't. I really need to be sure they have registered before placing the hall.
Thanks all!

Actually, they need to register after you place the city hall.
To stop people putting down city halls and just claiming a whole heap of houses as part of the city, a resident needs to re-declare their residence forthem to count as a resident of the city.
And no, there is no way to easily verify whether a house is inside the city limits or not.
