In a word.... No.


It used to be possible to use the slash commands to add admins to City hall (and not sure, but if you added names that way, they still might be able to). But the slash commands were disabled to prevent exploits. So no, there is no way to do it now. Only the Mayor can decorate and drop stuff in the City Hall.

would like to see this too our mayor has no sense of of style and asks for help all the time. its not the best lookin city hall but its ours
