I know some of you keep track of your city finances, as I do. But in the last election cycle, my city didn't get it's property tax. And was instead getting a sales tax, I think. This I will explain.

I went to my CMT on Sunday lets say 9am, it was at x amount of credits....then right before my eyes the treasury was changing...little by little...nothing too big. So I didn't bother with it, but I sat down to do my weekly cacalations hehehe calculations and it was off of about lets say 50k (what property taxes would have been for the week).

My citizens aren't getting emails saying PT was paid. Nor am I as I have another house in the city outside of city hall. I know someone else is having an issue with taxes as it was put on the bug thread. But we seem to be the only two of what some several 100?

Has anyone else confirmed or verified that this is an issue? Should we set our taxes and things to 0 until it is fixed as we aren't getting paid for the taxes and things?

Oh and did I mention, I went in to check on treasury today, and we were 20k richer :-/ is very weird if you ask me. Was it that the Sales tax and Property Tax are switched or something? Please if someone could let me know where we are on this, I'd greatly appreciate it :-)

i have been keeping a eye out on my city finances, and for the past 3 weeks, our incoming sales tax revinue has been droppign by 50%, but the sales ingeneral have been thru the roof.

Im now askign our vendors to try and keep ane eye on there personal income to see if that sales tax is going into there pockets.
