Just thought I would toss something into the mix.
Would it be interesting if building maint was lower for cities that are farther away from the hustle and bustle.
Would cheap land value in player cities that are far away from the major cities be a cool feature?
I just thought it might be cool if the player cities were a little more spread out.

what about even on planets that have like say prime land (that with a view) or something like that maybe? for instance, naboo has a lot of amazingly beautiful areas that are off of bluffs with amazing views of land.
