Thread: Vanishing Shuttleports...

Hoping someone can shed some light on this.
I am mayor of a city on rori. Recently we lost alot of residents and the city ranked down to a town, causing us to lose our shuttleport. We got the numbers up quite quickly and before long were a city again, however when we tried to place a new shuttleport it vanished!
We mailed the devs and were sent a new deed, only to discover that the game stillbelieves we have one, as you can buy tickets for it at the starports.
So whenever we try and place one, we get told that we already have one.
Very annoying!
Any advice is better then lack of response from the devs.

hrm, you mailed a dev?
you might want to send in a CSR ticket stating *exactly* what went on, and say that you need help removing the ghost shuttleport.

This happened on Radiant as well. The thing we figured out was that no other cities were waiting on Talus for a shuttle. The cap was not met basically on cities. Once another city FINALLY came along and placed a shuttle - the one in the town in question went away. I am positive a CSR can take care of this... I put in a ticket for a terminal that dissapeared under the cantena, and they fixed it within 30-45 minutes after submitting the ticket.
