I just citybanned an overt imperial player from my city, and she thought it was quite comical. She proceeded to tell me, basically.. "Pfft.. cityban.. I can get around that". She then proceeded to shuttle out of town.
Umm.. I thought /cityban was supposed to prevent them from using city services? What the heck is the point in having it if it doesn't do any good? Is this a known problem, a bug, or "working as intended"?
Just wondering.

If they already had the Ticket Collector selected and the ticket use macro running they can shuttle out even after being banned. I think it also works if the double click the ticket and not use the Droid collector. A minor exploit I think.

Just out of curiosity.. can someone shuttle IN to a city they are citybanned from?

Heh.. first time I've ever bothered to /cityban anyone, and it's more worthless than I thought. I suppose they can still use the trainers, too?

Actually no, that they can't use, nor the cloner nor can they enter the City Hall.

The actual bug is this:
buy round trip ticket from point A to point B and back to A... Point B is where you are banned.. But, since you have the round trip - you dont need to use their term to buy the ticket.
Cant use the C3PO droid though, so you have to use the "/bo tr" command to get out.. Simple.. Does it work? Yes.. Have I verified this? Yes, from a city I know I am banned from.. I agree it needs to be fixed, and fixed quick..

LOL! Yeah, that's kinda how I felt as she was laughing at me. So I stomped up to her, with my four foot tall rodian dancer, and SLAPPED her in the face. I felt much better after that.

Stuman I could be wrong but I believe you still clone there just outside the clone facility...they may have fixed that but I doubt it.

You no longer clone inside the city limits - they did fix that.
