I just became mayor and have taken over the city hall. First I'd like to know how many items a city hall will hold. Also, am I the only one with admin access to the city hall now that I am mayor?

250 items is the limit on the city hall. I had ours at roughly 300 one day but we had really, REALLY bad lag so I'm guessing the server wasn't able to update as quick as I was droping stuff.

Yes, you are the only one who can have admin access on city hall. Because of this, I advise caution on what you place in city hall if it's for storage. If you lose in an election, the new mayor will have access to all you old stuff.
