Ok our city was a victim of the not advance to the right rank Bug. CSR MichealM fixed it today.

Our problem now is the people that placed houses outside of city limits before and now there houses are in city limits they didn't become citizens.

What do we have to do to make them citizens.

I read somewhere they just had to go into their house

Or do they have to redeed?

Help need ASAP. thank you.

In our city they had to just walk inside their house for a few seconds, but they do have to declare their residences.
