Namely, no Rebel should be able to place a structure of any kind in an Imperial city, and vice versa. If they switch sides after placing it, they should recieve an email warning that they should move it or risk it being destroyed.

I think in general we should come up with some sort or a proposal that would allow all of us to protect the interests of our cities should we choose to do so. You are completely correct, you should have some way of ensuring that Rebels cannot build surrounding your city, for example (although Imperials also should not have been able to drop bases, houses, and PA Halls on peoples steps either *poke*), thereby essentially enforcing a constant warring town since you can't kick them out.

I'd be for the PvPers structures to be destroyable anyway. The rebel builds a house in your town, good for him.
