Understand that CSR's work on tickets one at a time, in queue. You will have to wait until yours comes up in the queue. I'm not sure how many CSR's are active over the weekend, but plenty of us haven't gotten our pol exp from the last upgrade and even though I put in a ticket right away, I don't expect a response until Monday or Tuesday. If you don't like it you can play a different game until then!

First off, lemme say that I feel like that, not that I was going to do it. Second, while I do understand that that's the way its supposed to be, it's not necessarily so. Example: My ticket for Politician Exp is 58 hours old. I run two accounts and a ticket for a lost item in my house that can't be retrieved with the new commands was place via my second account after my Politician Ticket and it was answered in 16 hours. So while in an ideal world they may be first come first serve, it doesn't appear that on the world of Tatooine on the Valcyn server it's not that way.

As for your comment that I should go play another game. I'm thouroughly enjoying this one. But when my 48 citizens are asking me to get a shuttleport up and I can't it's hurting my gameplay a little which is why I vented some on this board.

So now here I am with no ticket answered and people in my town are starting to think I'm a liar because they are getting their tickets answered that were put in a full 12 hours after mine.

Sucks man.. and I'm getting twice the xp I should be getting from my citizens. Ain't it a kick in the head.. don't think I'll submit a CSR ticket on this one however.

I agree 100%. The CSRs really need to expredite this - losing a week on improvements in city services is a total disaster given the competitive nature of recruting for a city. Right now, in spite of the fact that we were the first city on Dantooine and have what is generally agreed to be one of the best cities on Gorath, we're falling behind because we don't have a cloning center and we don't have a bank. And, if I get bugged again next week and can't build a shuttle port, we're REALLY in trouble.

CSRs for Pol Xps really, really need to rise to the top of the CSR pool - when a mayor loses XPs, a LOT of people are affected in a VERY negative way.

you know what i think is funny?

the first week of the first update i got no xp for 5 days untill my ticket was answered! noone seemed to care but now thats it happening to other people its now a problem.

Anyway i got my xp for the secound week i had someone else run agisnt me "with planning he wouldn't get any votes" and low and behold i got my xp that week.

I know its not proven but it could save you guys alot of headack just have a buddie run with you.

last night, in the middle of taking out quenkers, i was contacted by a CSR about my ticket of missing mission terminals and missing political xp. i was quite surprised as i expected no action until the weekeday. He was quick to fix things and very polite. after reading so many horror stories, i had quite a bit of trepidation about submitting a ticket and the eventual visit. quite a pleasant experience, though, i must say.

i wish you all luck and the same great service i received.

i am curious about something, though. someone mentioned that they got xp when someone ran against them, but didn't get xp the week before. i got xp the first time around, no challengers. i was also hovering around city hall, waiting. this second week, i was in coronet, ready to train at login. i'm wondering where everyone else was when their town updated.
