...if the one and only mayor drops his politician tree?

I'm just asking, what could happen to a city in this worst case.
Maybe someone can try this on Testcenter?

I'm curious about this too. We have one mayor and no one else running for the petition. She's looking to stop being the mayor and, if no one else steps up, deleting her tree.

I'm curious if the town just wouldn't have a mayor until the next voting cycle, (and on, and on) or if the CH would disappear.
