I'm just wondering if it has because my guild was think about the militia thing and I'm just wondering about the /cityban feature because I didn't know it was reactivated.

I can /ban, but I can't /warn.. so you can't shoot them (unless you duel them). /cityban only keeps them out of your cloner and shuttle.. I'd think also your bank, but not absolutely sure on that one.

They can still strut around town freely being annoying..
