My city is neutral and considering placing a faction terminal.

Question 1 - Can you place both types of terminal or do you have to choose between rebel and imperial?

Question 2 - If you are the mayor of a neutral city and have placed a faction terminal, what kind of experience has it led to? Do you have problems with people being killed inside the city limits or are they usually able to make it out and (presumably) to their mission wp? I don't want dead bodies all over my city since we're a market based city, but the general feeling is that we'd likely get more traffic if we had a faction terminal.

Mos Elsewhere is a neutral city of over 100 residents we have both imperial and rebel terminals and we have a no pvp rule in the city , people sometimes broke the law before we got the terminals but it doesnt happen anymore now we have terminals we still ban people who break the law

my city is neutral. we have decided not to place faction terminals in it as we dont want TEF'd coverts meeting each other by mistake.. it removes tempation.

its a can of worms and i dont want it in my city.
