Thread: Level IV city cap? :-(

Let's just say that this is the third post on this issue that I have replied to in a row to let you all know that I have taken this issue and Karrack's explanation of it to the correspondent's forum. Let's hope for a quick resolution.
Also, let's keep this issue confined to the existing threads. ![]()

Hi. Right now, I am mayor of a level II city with enough citizens to become a level IV city. We've been doing a lot of recruiting this week. Anyway, there are currently 13 cities on the player map for my server's Tatoine and there are 8 shuttleports. If we don't get the ability to progress to level IV and get a shuttleport, there is no way I will be able to maintain these citizens. I really don't like the idea of placing a seperate cap for level IV and above cities. It's just penzlizing those who started a little later and not promoting player cities at all. Do you guys think there's any way I will be able to achieve a level IV city?

No. You should have done your research before starting a city if you were hoping for a Shuttleport - sorry! I would suggest joining an existing established city.
