Do militia members still get the 50 bonus defense points from Stronghold if they duel another player? Our city is planning on hosting a number of competitions in the near future, and I would not want our citizens to be seen as holding an unfair advantage. Also, am I right in recalling a one-week waiting period between changing city-specs?
