Player Cities
Player city clone facilities are no longer considered for "respawn closest". Only static NPC clone facilities are now considered "respawn closest". Players can still clone at a civic clone facility if they have stored their clone information there.
There is now an option on the city management terminal that allows you to revoke your citizenship at any time.
Citizens will now be removed from a city if they haven't been online for about 3 weeks.
Players will now get a popup when they are city warned, incase they miss the message behind other windows.
Fixed an issue with mayors getting 100 points of xp less than they should have on city updates.
You can no longer deploy a camp in a player city.

Did the devs not realize they took city warn out? What is going on here?

Well if it's like UO the live teams rotate, like in other programming jobs too. There are usually three teams (A,B,C).

1 Team mapping new features/bugfixes
2 Team Coding new features/bugfixes
3 Team Implementing new features/bugfixes

So one month it's A1 B2 C3, the next it's A2 B3 C1, the next A3 B1 C2, and finally back to the beginning A1 B2 C3.

I dont see that any place. all I see in the TC patch notes are;

Player Cities
• Player city clone facilities are no longer considered for "respawn closest". Only static NPC clone facilities are now considered "respawn closest". Players can still clone at a civic clone facility if they have stored their clone information there.

• There is now an option on the city management terminal that allows you to revoke your citizenship at any time.

• Citizens will now be removed from a city if they haven't been online for about 6 weeks.

• Fixed an issue with mayors getting 100 points of xp less than they should have on city updates.

• You can no longer deploy a camp in a player city.

• Fixed a problem where Player Cities level 4 were not updating to level 5

the thread is sticked near the top of the Test Center forums with all the upcoming patch notes for those that missed it.

The update he is posting comes from Stratics I believe. It must have been an advanced release of info in error. TH's post has nothing about citywarn.

The question is, which is correct?

City warn is not back. That was an errored entry in the patch notes and has sense been removed in most places.

I really hope they put it back... What good does it do just to bann someone from your city, all they do is laugh at ya. I just hope they put more into it then just a popup message, only reason I say that is for the people that cry griefing. Like maybe a 60 sec or 90 sec timer on the popup message letting them know how long they have to leave town.

we need city warn back... and Im looking foward to it.

I'll ask Thunderheart about it and find out what's going on. If they have simply reinstated the /warn command with this new pop-up window as some kind of "grief protection" I would be very surprised. The pop up window doesn't address the griefing or POI issues that the devs referred to when they removed /warn.

Straight from Thunderheart: This has been/is about to be pulled out of the patch notes, it should not have been in the patch notes.

So, for now, /warn is not back.
