How will that work if u have 30 citizens and 20 of them revoke citizenships, will they still be sitting in your cities?? This is on test now. If they revoke i think they should leave your city??

If they just re-declare residence to a building not in city limits and not re-deed their house inside city limits then yes they will still be sitting in your city. And really there's nothing much you can do about it.

Or they are to cheap to pay their share and want a free ride, but i guess a person could city ban them from using the city facilities

You could always up the property tax to make them leave and discount your citizens by withdrawing from the treasury.

I dont think that is corret, because if you build another house outside the city and declare in that new house, then come visit your house in the city 2 days later, you are automaticly declared a citizen in that house when you walk into itbecause of the city. I think you would have to uproot your house if you wanted to leave the city and live elswhere, or not come back into that house in the town. I will research this more, but I think you are wrong. WOW.... I get to do something fun and meaning full as a mayor now.. glad I read this post!..lol

Guess it is a way for people to protest their mayor, and not have to pay income tax. Better make people happy or they can pull themselves from the city and make your life more difficult.
