Does anyone have a full understanding and description of what the sample rich city specialization does?
Thanks

To me it sounds like a terrible idea because - correct me if I'm wrong - your harvesters work more efficiently in your city?
- harvesters in the city? eew
- The chances of something really good spawning in a good location in your city that does NOT have a big fat house in teh way is rare
- Who would give zoning for harvs (see #1)
But I could be wrong. In short, this is my understanding of what it does, and I, too, would like someone knowledgible to answer this question - since I am not knowledgible at all.

No, it only affects hand sampleing, not harvesters.
This is the stupidest specialization I think.

yeah - if it affected harvestors, might be worth it for large metropolis' to zone off the outskirts for some harvies. but hand sampling... c'mon...

I dont think the persentage of the mineral will be any different from normal, just that every sample witll create one of those "rich sample" messages. Which is why it doesnt effect harvesters. It could bring alot of AFK sampling into the city again.
