We finally hit master this week, and were looking forward to the dual-specs that would be available to us at that level.. when low and behold.. they are gone.
Did we just not notice that they got removed? Or what?

they were removed in the december patch. reasons un known.. prolly bugs, but i dont know for sure myself.
