Thread: City structures and lots?

City-owned structures placed by the mayor do not take lots. These include city hall, the cloner, the shuttleport, the bank and from what I understand, the garage(whenever it makes it in).


Cantinas, hospitals and theatres are player-owned and placed. They do use up the owner's lots. The cantina takes 5, not sure on the other two.

Some friends and I are thinking of creating a new city, the planet we are looking at actually isn't even at it's cap yet so we could get all the amenities, but I have a couple questions...the most important being do the city strucutres take up lots? Not like the gardens and stuff, but the Hospital, Cantina, Cloner, etc? I didn't see it in the FAQ or in the advanced player guide.

Im mayor and just placed a bank in my city. Just got a mail telling me it cost me a lot. Any advice plz anyone?
