Its been a week and I know people voted and I didn't get xp, what am I suppose to do about this am I simple going to be stuck running a city that can not gain stuctures?

The city even made rank 2 but that still doesn't help me because I can not put down any of the new structures, please tell me there is something I can do.

Submit a CSR ticket... When it happened to me I got a quick response. The only problem is that you have to be logged on your mayor character for the CSR to grant you mayor XP.

Its also sometimes lagged a bit from when you first log on after your election.

Is that a bug report or something else and how do I report it. I already reported the bug.

I've had this happen also this passed weekend. Still waiting for reimbursal.

To create a CSR ticket, use the holocron section that you fill your bug reports out in as well. Should be two different buttons on lower left for "Customer Service" and "Bug Report". Fill out the ticket, explain what happened, also include the dates and times your online, so that they may get someone to help you sooner.
