Is there a Politician Bug that won't let mayors delegate militia??
We have changed mayors lately (our new mayor is almost master though) and the new mayor cannot give anyone militia rights.... He gets an error that says, "That target is not available" or something like that.
Has anyone else heard of this?

Was the person the mayor was trying to make militia standing in city hall with them? If not that is your problem. They have to be in city hall with mayor to be added to the militia.

Was this by any chance on Dantooine? The lag there can be so bad weird things happen. My guild packed up our city on Dantooine because everyone got sick of the 5-10 second delays in combat. It is ashame too. It was a beautiful city.

Yes, it IS on Dantooine!! 
So what should I do?? Try again but wait a few minutes??
We are down to 1 or 2 milita now and its becoming harder and harder for new citizens to find someone to grant zoning...

I would try it a few more times. If no luck, send a ticket in and CSR can help
