Some says this only affects Artisan experiments.
Does anyone know if this is correct or wrong?

I honestly don't think it's just for artisans. every type of experimentation class shouldbenefit from it.

Yes, the intent is for all crafting experimentation to benefit, but currently, the bonus is only applied to artisan experimentation. That's why we decided in our city to deactivate it and save ourselves the 125K/week.

What is this based on? I can tell a difference in crafting in and out of a research center.

my citizens notice a much better result with research center than without.. this is tested with BE, Artisian, architect, medical, weapons, and armorsmith.
unless the imperials have started to distribute hallucigentic gas in our town
