ooppppsss me bad...computer went mad there...sorry
Can someone tell me the official city rank that is needed to place a shuttle port as i am gonna hit rank 3 at the next update and in the skills section it says i will be able to place a shuttle port, however in some guides it says i must wait until level 4
Any help and advice would be appreciated

Rank 4 assuming you can grow to rank 4 within the caps.
