Okay suddenly over the past week I keep getting ridiculous 'Building is not permitted here' system messages, preventing me from placing structures in my city! Even in spots where there used tobe a player building. I know there used to be a bug whereyou wouldget that system message and then you could just try again and it would place... This sudden craziness is really cramping up my city re-organization plans! Has anyone else had this happen? If so is there anyway to work around it? Or am I simply as good as NERFed

Nothing springs to mind (and it's not something I have seen before). Have you CSR'd it?

It seems that terra-forming may not work as well as it used to. Been seeing this also
