Just wondering in what order is city rank status given? Is it given to the city that was there first or to the city that updates first? My city has patiently waited 9 months to reach rank 4. We first gotpassed by for rank 4 by a city that started 3 months later and are about to getpassed by againby a city that started 6 months later. If if goes by who updates first then I don't think that is fair. We have waited a looooong time and are about to get the shaft again.

I don't either. Would be good if this could be fixed so that the city that first made the grade gets the reward.

happens to me all the time
I'm not sure who decided that the first city to update after the slot frees up (and all the server processing is done), but that's what TH told us a long time ago. I would imagine that it's a "easier to code" thing.

Why not just let every city rank up when they are elgible?? The rank system is so messed up, the xp system is so messed up, But it's cool to build your own city.
