We need Market that can be added to a player city, Architect buildable, that lets players place Vendors in a 'Stall'.

Possibaly limited to Metro areas same as Shuttles. Master Politition skill(?)

No admin Rights needed. Market not removable while vendors are localed on premeses.(could use the 'Roll-up' feature discussed in Fan Fest to remove all vendors if needed).

Limit number of venders each player can place in 'stall'.(?)

Display items(Maybe using a stall management terminal?)

Vendor Search is a boon yes.. but it is unreliable and broken most of the time.

Besides most cities have markets where people can sell there goods without having to buy a shop/place a house or tent.

A Mall idea is something that the merchants have been wanting a while. Basically a building with rooms that have individual admin lists.

(And it's "flea" market. )
