I left UO because I realized that I was three years behind on veteran rewards and would never catch up. I wanted to be in on the beginning of something.
I don't think this would be a vet reward, but maybe for a mayor... akin to a UO RuneBook... a Lambda shuttle that would pick me up anywhere and drop me off anywhere. And I can take a group of 8 with me.
Or something close to that.
Sort of like player city starport, except only the mayor can use it. That might even make it possible to do. As I understand it PC starports are not a happenin' thang.

...or even if it just picked the mayor plus one or two others up and go only go to your own city hall.
