1) How many lots does a city hall take
2) Does anyone know if city halls that are owned by players with cancelled accouns are going to disappear in the near future ?
3) If I destroy a city hall, will I be able to place a new on where the old one was and keep the city as it always was?
1) It doesnt take any lots.
2) There is talk of a "cleaning" but it's still talk.
3) (shrug)
I recommend taking a look through the FAQ and the Guide (stickied to this forum....the one that says "Read Me FAQ over here"). You can find your answers there, for the most part.
City Hall is a civic structure. It's part of the city and doesn't "belong" to the mayor, although the mayor is the only one with admin access. If you are in a city with a mayor whose account was cancelled, it's very easy to vote them out.
Theoretically you could destroy a City Hall and place a new one in the exact same spot, but you'd be creating a new city by doing so. Because City Hall is tied to the city, the city ceases to exist when a City Hall is destroyed.
OK I see now. I tried to declare residence in my vendor tent, and I got a message saying I live in city hall now. So whoever is mayor controls city hall and all the items in it. The FAQ didn't have what I was looking for. I guess if no one owns the hall ............... then the person who placed it doesn't matter is what yer saying. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't going to *poof* on me ![]()
Thanks for the quick reply.
Not at all, just the current occupant
