Alright..my big question is. If a mayor of a city is doing a very poor job and the citizens\ guild wants a new mayor and the new mayor runs against him, can the reigning mayor destroy the city hall (thus destroying the city)? cause like if he gets mad that people dont want him as mayor and he just wants to get even or something...Need help on this

It is indeed possible, however it is considered griefing. If you have worries about this, or if your mayor has threatened to do this, I would suggest contacting a CSR.
