Nah I dont even spend much time in my city I have a tier four pilot that does ok for creds plus hes also master carbs/cm so hunting is always a good source of creds off mission terms and such

lol you will find that being a Politician doesn't earn you any money Unless you decide to raid the cities treasury every day which probably won't go down to well with your cities residents.

Anyway Politician doesn't use up any skill points so you can have it alongside a full combator crafter template... and for that matter neither does Pilot so you could be Master Pilot, Master Politician and have a full combat or crafter template!

I have spent a ton of time with my politician skills lately - but mainly because we have re-vamped the entire city. There is NO money making with it - I have spent more money than I can tell you. The politician is something extra you do to help your city / guild / etc.

I spend more time trying to think of ways of making my city money more than making it for myself. Eitherway, if the city doesn't make money you won't have a city. My husband is a master weaponsmith that keeps me well fed and overly happy. I know my citizens will stop supporting the city if they see me tapping the treasury every day...and not have a reason for it... in 10 missions i can have more money than i can draw out of the treasury daily... my template is 3333pilot/master politician/master SL/master commando...

I have an active population of over 100 people in my city and because I only do a 2k resident tax I end up spending money each time the bill comes in, so dont count on it making you money!
