Thread: Are your specializations working?

I know last week some people had been thinking their specializations were going to take a week to kick in. Has this been the case? I have to decide whether to train tonight or stockpile xp for a tier 4 box or tier 3 and tier 4 combo.

I've yet to see any indication that any city spec is working. I tried clone center 2 weeks ago, clone costs remained the same. There was a post here about research not working, but I couldn't find it. Our crafters could see no difference with manufacuring last week... I just added research to our city... sorta hoping it does something.

I'd hate to waste xp on a short-term skill box (tier 3) that doesn't grant a discernable benefit. If I'm going to do that, I may as well get martial 3 just to be that much closer to faction terminals.

if memory servers correct, the reduction is in insurance cost, not clone costs
