There is a fountain, we're trying to get rid of keeps telling us "You cant see..." blah but its RIGHT in front of us, what to do?

is this a fountain inside, or a placed fountain outside?

Can you /align it differently? Have you tried approuching it from different sides (e.g. Gardens sometimes need you standing in a different corner than the terminal really is)?

Its outside, /align is saying its not a command... and I'm fairly frustrated right now

Put in a ticket. It's probably got some other object or piece of terrain stuck in it. A CSR can move it for you.
