Sorry for the stupid question but here it is

im currently a 2,3,2,3 mayor now if i wanted to give up poiltican and say give it too somone else so i choose i player to take over and hes novice poiltican he runs and wins the electon what happens to everything in the city that is higher then novice for example the shuttleport the high lv gardens the clone center ect.

do they all go puff. or does it just mean nothing can be placed till the new mayor has the right lvs?

so the shuttle will all stay he just cant place anything till hes at the right level?

they will still be able to be used. As far as bieng able to do somthing like change the tax on the shuttle i dont know
