Is anyone else having a problem doing this? I had no problems initially, but for the last two days, I have been unable to do this.

I am getting the message that I must be the mayor or a member of the militia to do this...That prompted me to check the city management terminal, and lo and behold, I am still mayor...

Tried logging several times and have now filled out a CSR ticket.

I am just curious to know if I am the only one and if not, have you figured out how to workaround it....

Are you trying to do it inside a building?

Not sure if it related but a militia cannot grant rights to themselves nor can they place a structure.
