I own a med center on Shadowfire. It shows that I, or another doctor is present and registered(sun is always up) whether that is the case or not.......
I read through several pages of posts, and didn't see anything close to this topic... Is this a known issue?

I know it is true of most player placed cantina's and hospitals that I have seen.

I think it is a real detriment to people trying to run an establisment to have this feature broken. I know when I have been using mind heals, and I show up at a cantina that has a sunny sign, but no entertainer, I feel very inconvenienced.
