Thread: Placeable Slums?
No city can escape the roughneck's and hoodlums why should playercities be different?
This would be a great addition, and possible for maybe politician missions?? Like makeing sure that the militia is doing its job in keeping the local criminals in line, or even the spawn goes a little bit more in power if the spawn is not cleared for more than 50% of that day.

Dear citizens of Podunk, the slums have just been placed within the city limits. For some reason you mayor thought this was a good idea. Thank him for the rampant crime that will be taking place. Your houses are no longer safe and anything can be stolen. The houses will be updated to have bars on their windows and everyone will be given a pistol to keep by their bed side.
The militia will be charged with becoming a corrupt organization that requires bonuses to perform "Urban Clensing" and wipe out the product of a poor education system resulting from low taxes and the Mayor not being able to hire trainers do to lack of experience.
Thanks you for being a Citizen of Podunk. Maybe the Mayor will be more intelligent in the future and put in a medical center.
i for one love this idea...lol...i agree 100%...make it like a string of houses that create thoes blue con thugs that ruyn around...i think it would be a very cool thing...and would bring player citys in line with static ones...
if it was an option...id do it....
as a perk...for placing this...you could knock off like 10-40k of the city coust...lol
